ACBC has launched its new Innovation Hub in Milan, occupying 400 square meters and serving as a specialized center for advancing breakthroughs in fashion, luxury, and lifestyle industries. This facility acts as a fully operational framework, combining material science, product creation, strategic planning, and market introduction into a unified system.
The Milan-based hub functions as ACBC’s central innovation engine, overseeing every stage of product development—from initial material research to final disposal and circular economy initiatives. It also serves as a gateway to cutting-edge solutions, evaluating and validating proposals from international startups and emerging companies ready for commercial application.
Innovation as a Service
The hub’s model extends beyond conventional advisory services, offering a full support system for brands and manufacturers at every supply chain stage. Through consulting, it assists companies in crafting expansion plans, restructuring business operations, and embedding sustainability across their entire operational framework.
Under Supply Chain Managed Services, ACBC handles execution, from prototype development and production scaling to sourcing raw materials, components, and finished goods, using adaptable, scalable processes. Meanwhile, the Marketing & Communication team converts innovative solutions into compelling brand narratives, executing campaigns through public relations, live events, and digital platforms.
T2T Approach
All operations under the hub adopt the T2T (Trace to Track / Tech to Trust) methodology, embedding digital tracking and technological verification throughout supply networks. This ensures full transparency and verifiable credibility in every project, allowing brands to assess solutions based on data-driven evidence and measurable outcomes.
As Edoardo Iannuzzi, ACBC Co-Founder & Chief Innovation Officer, explains: “The Hub was created to put innovation, often undervalued in fashion, at the service of the industry. ACBC selects and translates solutions in materials, products, and circularity into clear and measurable economic and environmental KPIs, enabling brands to evaluate and adopt them on objective and scientific grounds while fully understanding their tangible benefits,”
Consolidation and Growth
The hub’s launch coincides with a strategic expansion phase for ACBC, reinforced by investment from Gyrus Capital, which aims to accelerate the company’s growth and global influence. Gio Giacobbe, Co-Founder & CEO, states: “We aim to consolidate our role as a leading partner in the evolution of the industry by helping drive the transformation toward more advanced, integrated, and competitive models,”
Now recognized as a leading consultancy in fashion, luxury, and lifestyle sectors, and certified as a B Corp, ACBC partners with global brands to pioneer next-generation products and business strategies. The firm positions technological, design, and industrial innovation as the foundation for competitive advantage.
